I was extremely unproductive today because I was sooooo tired. I woke up at 7AM, walked like a zombie to Chem I, then came back, and fell asleep for 3 hours. Phillip woke me up around noon so that we could eat, then I went to my UGS class, and then when I came back..I did like nothing, and then I ate dinner with Phillip...then I passed out in his room cause I was just too tirrredd. The reason why I was so tired was cause I hardly slept last night. Which was stupid and totally unnecessary. My plan to get to bed before 11PM is totally not working. Right now it is 11:08PM. I just spent the past 2 hours in Phillip + Connor's room, watching HIMYM and helping Phil with his 2 essays.
I have done no homework. AHHHHHHHHHHHHH.
I've decided I've gotta take better care of myself. Phillip does a pretty good job, but there's just some stuff he can't do for me...
I need to sleep more, eat more, and exercise in the gym during my free time. The last one is a hard one b/c I would rather just chill on the cpu during my free time than change into workout clothes. And, I don't really have time these days...
It's getting a bit colder now. I am so unprepared for winter. I need to make a list of winter things I need :)
Nice picture. but chilling out in the middle of the road is strange. I want to learn how to play the guitar too...
ReplyDeleteI'm having bad sleeping issues too. I just woke up from my 6 hour "nap" but it doesn't affect me as much because my classes start at 10. Why does your schedule start so early? Give me your schedule, I want to know what classes you're taking.
And I've been way too lazy to work out recently.
