Yesterday, I was about to go to sleep when Joyce called me to talk about Andre. He's listed as single on fb, b/c they ALWAYS do that, which is very annoying, but normal for them.. In fact, I used to do that too..
But anyway, Joyce said that this time they had broken up for real b/c he doesn't care about her anymore and they're not going to be together next fall anyway when she goes off to college. But she's quite depressed b/c she loves him, and says she understands why some people stay in bad relationships b/c they still love the person and have hope that the relationship will get better....but dude...I don't think so. After a year of screaming, crying, and fighting everyday on the phone? The relationship is not going to be fixed, b/c he's never going to change and you can't do anything about it. Why do you even like him anyway? I kept telling her there's better GUYS out there, but she says she doesn't want to be in a relationship anytime soon...
I don't know why girls stay in relationships where the love is obviously not being requited. I always choose happiness, b/c my well-being is more important to me than staying in an unhappy relationship.
Joyce doesn't think she knows any good couples, b/c all the couples she knows consist of daily fights, cheating partners, and people using people.
I'm glad Phillip and I don't fight anymore. We used to do that a lot, but it's gotten a lot better.
I need to start posting my outfits on here! I dressed nicely last weekend :)
I found out I really like dressing up-it's so fun!
I NEED TO GO SHOPPING THOUGH. My closet is really, really sad. I have like 10 t-shirts and a couple of nice outfits, but that's all...

ReplyDeleteJoyce is really surrounded by an unhealthy environment if she's in that sort of relationship while everyone else around her is as well. She needs to find a happy couple for her to see that good relationships do exist. Wait, does she not see Christina and Derrick?
I'm not really sure...all I know is that he's Korean...lol..
