It is December

Hahaha, it just hit me that today's already Dec. 2nd!
I love the king and queen rings(first picture). So I thought this week would be absolutely terrible, with a paper due and 3 tests...
Well, I don't think I did a great job on my paper, spending my Sunday and Monday night rushing through it, but UGS class is over now. All I can do is wait and hope my grade is what I want it to be. I took the infamously hard Chem test over thermodynamics last night. And surprisingly enough, I didn't do too badly. It's def. a grade that would probably make many people unhappy, but I am actually pleased. I mean..this is hard stuff, I did above average...And instead of studying hard for it the night before...I was watching American Beauty.
btw, if any of ya'll are in the I-want-a-difficult-movie-to-analyze-mood, I would def. recommend this movie. It's basically a satire on the American dream, reminds me of Desperate Housewives...but wayy more dark..And also DH has stopped using so much symbolism haha. American Beauty is an American classic, and I do think it won several Oscars or something? Not sure. The acting is superb, with Kevin Spacey as the main character. He really is an amazing actor.
On the last day of my UGS class, we watched a really weird movie. K-Pax. It also stars Kevin Spacey, and it's one of those open-ended movies...I don't really mind open-minded movies, but this one didn't satisfy me...The movie spends the whole time making us guess whether or not prot is an alien, and then when it ends...the question still remains unanswered.
This is my take on it: I don't like alien stuff. So I'm going to say he's NOT an alien. He had a difficult past, tried to kill himself, and was reborn as "prot". K-Pax isn't actually another planet-it's just a state of mind that is peaceful. Bess wasn't actually a person-just a spirit, so when prot took her to K-Pax, she was gone of course since she never really existed at all..
I don't expect to get any X-mas presents since my friends and I are doing Secret Santa, but here's a list anyway b/c I like making lists :)

1) Stars CD-love love love their music. Any album is fine.
2) A cute necklace! Fox, rabbit, deer pendants are so cuttee
3) Stationery. I love writing everywhere haha
4)Huskies are gorgeous! Anything related to huskies
5) Chocolate-covered strawberries. I LOVE THESE!
